Why we exist
Hiring developers broke the moment AI showed up.
Resumes can be generated. Proposals are templated. Portfolios are stolen. Reviews are bought. Every signal a client used to rely on stopped working at the same time.
CODERCOPS started as a workshop for our own clients — and then opened up to a bench of builders who pass the same bar. If we can't take a project, we hand the brief to someone we trust. Same vetting, your contract is with them, we just made the introduction.
We also build open-source developer tools that we use every day. Same craft, fewer invoices.

Verification by shipping
Every Verified Builder on the bench has a public, working product. No paper-only credentials. The badge means a human looked at the work.
Plain-stack craft
Boring, durable choices. TypeScript, Postgres, Django, Next.js, Astro. No vendor magic. Code your team can read and own.
AI when it earns its keep
We integrate LLMs in production every week — and we tell clients no when AI is the wrong tool. Eval-tested, never demo-driven.
